This Privacy Policy applies to all users of Tamini and governs our collection, use, storage, disclosure, and processing of personal data. By registering for, accessing, or continuing to interact with Tamini, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set out in this Privacy Policy.
We collect only the personal data necessary to provide, operate, manage, and optimise Tamini. Because Tamini handles your personal data, we are transparent about what we collect and why. We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. We only share personal data with trusted third-party service providers (such as cloud hosting facilities, messaging and communications platforms, AI inference infrastructure vendors, and payment processors) who process information strictly on our instructions and under binding confidentiality and data protection terms, or where disclosure is required by applicable law, regulatory directive, or court order. We do not use your personal data to train AI models. We do not show you advertisements based on your personal data.
We collect, use, store, transfer, disclose and process your personal data on the basis of your explicit consent. Consent is obtained at registration, before your account is established. Your continued access to, use of, and interaction with Tamini constitutes your ongoing and binding consent to the collection, use, transfer, processing, storage, and disclosure of your personal and health data in the manner and for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
Where a primary caregiver establishes a family plan or links a patient, the caregiver warrants and represents that the patient has given explicit, informed consent for their health and personal data to be accessed, processed, and managed by the caregiver and any linked siblings in the manner described herein, or that the caregiver holds lawful authority to act on the patient’s behalf. Where a patient is linked to a family plan, that patient’s continued use of and interaction with the service constitutes their express consent to their health and personal data being accessed, processed and managed by the designated caregiver and any linked siblings.
You may withdraw your consent at any time; doing so may restrict or end the service, as personal data is essential for providing the service.
We implement reasonable and appropriate administrative, physical, and technical security arrangements to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal, loss, or similar risks. These safeguards include industry-standard encryption protocols for data in transit and at rest, strict role-based access restrictions, and secure backup procedures. While we take all reasonable precautions to safeguard your personal data, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not use or permit our service providers to use your personal data to train public artificial intelligence models.
Your data is stored on a server in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. To deliver the service, your personal and health data may also be transferred to, stored, or processed in countries outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Jordan where our third-party infrastructure and technology providers operate (including the United States and Ireland). When retention is no longer necessary for the foregoing purposes, we will securely delete or anonymise your personal data in accordance with applicable law.
In the event of a breach affecting your personal data, we will assess the incident and notify the competent regulatory authority and affected individuals where and in the manner required by applicable law.
